For a Update on VBar control components we recommend the following order:
1. Update VBar Control Manager (only needed after announcement in changelog)
- uninstall old VBC Manager
- download new VBC Manager
- install new VBC Manager
2. Update VBar Control Firmware und Apps
- start VBC Manager
- turn on VBC (w/o connected model)
- connect VBC with USB
- wait for update (lasts some minutes)
- confirm firmware update message (if required)
- disconnect VBC USB
3. RF Module Update (only needed after announcement in changelog)
- start VBC Manager
- turn on VBC (w/o connetced model)
- connect VBC to USB
- start App Store
- load RF Module Update App
- start Update (Anwendungseinstellungen / Update RF Modul) in VBC
- after update - remove the app through app store
4. VBar Update (only needed after announcement in changelog)
- install latest VBar PC software and drivers
- download and unzip recovery firmware
- start pc software
- disconnect satellite receiver and VBar
- connect VBar to USB
- start recovery firmware upload
- power up VBar
- wait for recovery update
- read serial number
- enable license key
- do Vbar online update to latest version
- connect satellite
