These Parameters can be used to fine tune the behaviour of VBar on the Swashplate

Defines a range around stick center position where inputs will be ignored. Needed for adjustment to the TX potis. If values >15 are needed to get a proper working system, this will be a hint on defective TX potis.
On quick climbs starting from a hover, the heli will lift the nose a bit. This value precompensates this effect
Paddle heads do have a certain type of recation on the the stick input of the pilot. Specially if paddle heads are used with light blades there is an acceleration effect that makes the heli feel more snappy. This can be simulated here.
Values of 20..40 are useful. If set to 0 the Simulator is turned off
Expo setting for both swashplate inputs. Expo reduces servo throw around stick center and creates a softer stick feel. The full throw will be about the same as without expo.
