If your VBar needs to be checked or repaired, please send an online service request before shipping the item to Mikado. Usually our support contacts you either by e-mail or in a forum after some previous checks.

You can log in to this site with your login name from the online shop at www.mikado-heli.de. Not registered yet? Please register first at our online shop at www.mikado-heli.de. Then log in to this site with the login name you have just created. You can find the box for logging in on our home page www.vstabi.info in the upper right corner.
A new menue item "My V-Devices" will appear.

After we receive your data, our server will send a confirmation e-mail with the report and detailed shipping instructions. A second e-mail will follow when our technician starts with the work on your VBar. This is followed by another e-mail with a service report after finishing the work short before shipping the unit back to you.
Communication concerning your service requests can be found under "Mailbox". You will be notified by E-Mail if our staff wants to contact you.
Our service will inform you about further costs, e. g. for spare parts or replacements at a special price via e-mail.
